Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Pipes are manufactured by cold-forming flat steel coils into cylindrical shapes and fusing the longitudinal seam using high-frequency electric resistance heat without filler metal. This process ensures tight dimensional tolerances, uniform wall thickness, smooth surface finishes, and high structural efficiency for cost-effective piping networks.

Sourced from accredited global mills and held in continuous stock at our Sajja yard, our ERW Steel Pipes comply strictly with international standard specifications including ASTM A53, API 5L (Grade B), BS 1387, and EN 10217. Delivered with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates (MTC), they are ideal for chilled water lines, fire protection systems, plumbing networks, structural piling, and general fabrication—available in black, galvanized, or primer-coated finishes with custom beveling and saw-cutting options.
